On March 28, 2025 I placed an order for pick up for a foot long meatball sub and cookies and a drink. When I arrived there was 1 person waiting for her food to be bagged and 1 person that was actively getting there food made. We went there, and they ignored us, complained about people coming in, and made us feel as if we were the scum of the earth and we were a bother to them because we were there. We turned around and left and will never go back.
I don’t know who owns this store but you seriously need to get this place in check. Your employees allowed multiple people to walk out (9-10 people to be exact) with NO apology tonight. One of the workers was making bread and staring at it cook while the other did orders. 6 people in line outside. Another 4 in drive thru. We did a pickup!! They lied and said it was ready a 6:25…. Ordered 3 footlongs, 2 were right but I ordered double meat on the Philly and ended up with extra green peppers and onions, no extra meat.
Person taking orders at this location should not be. Was mumbling, constantly telling me to hold on, and making ordering process insufferable. Ended up driving away without completing my order which is the first time I've ever felt the need to do so.
