Looks like online orders take precedence over in-store customers. Stood there for minutes, only customer in the store, and the solo worker never even once so much as looked at me.
She straight out tipped herself $6. I didn't even know till I got home. How many people does she do this too. Like damn, that's stealing!
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!! Food I was given was NOT good. Lettuce was brown and bread was stale. No bread options because they were OUT. Service was super slow had only ONE sweet teenager girl working the store. 100% don’t recommend this subway…BETTER off going to Jimmy John's.
Unprofessional management, workers don’t receive online tips. Every day they are out of something. Tupperware not washed clean at all, little to no care. Managers leaving teenagers to do all prep by themselves. Etc. Will report everything to higher management.
Very terrible service!!! Have heard employees don’t get there tips so I suggest (DONT TIP ONLINE) Nothing is cleaned management needs to fix the fact that only ONE PERSON WORKS A SHIFT makes servicing customers very slow. It honestly looks like they’re going out of business. No bread looks like it’s been made all the veggies looks like they’re bad especially the spinach and tomatoes. Just spend your money at Jersey Mike’s or firehouse subs instead!!!!!!!!!! Manager needs to get it together!
