Never open on time bad owners and unclean
Don’t order online or your order will be incorrect, last 3 times ordered not a single time right
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a footlong cookie and paid full price, only to get back and find LESS THAN HALF of it in the container. How do you mess that up?! The cookie itself was also poorly baked—dry, crumbly, and not even worth the price. When I called to complain and ask for a refund, the employees were shockingly rude and basically told me they didn’t care and wouldn’t do anything about it.
