They disabled promo codes and the food is certainly NOT worth what they charge. Sorry y'all but there are MANY other sandwich shops in and around Boulder that have much better quality for a similar price. Subway is not it.
It took management/the owner almost 3 weeks to initiate a refund for an unfulfilled mobile order (due to the cashier failing to shut down the register after closing 45+ minutes early), as well as many phone calls to remind them. High levels of incompetency all around in this store, although the front-facing workers are generally nice and pleasant to talk to.
I can't remember her name, I think it's Kat. Anyways she is amazing, very friendly every time we have been in. We have never had any issues and all our sandwiches consistently come out great.
Don’t order from this subway . I have put in multiple orders online they don’t toast the subs they making the orders wrong ! Asked for a refund yesterday because they gave the wrong order . Come to find out now my account is at negative because they didn’t even give a refund I was charged an additional over charged when I was suppose to get a refund ! Horrible service
