Such a great place
Love this subway the woman that’s been working there years is always a pleasure to see sandwiches made w love and she’s always got such a positive attitude really makes eating out and at that location worth it normally I’d travel to the subway that accepts the coupons I get in the mail but when I’m looking for something close and quick I’ll always spend my business w her because the experience and warm welcome is worth it . Horrible service. 3 girls and I was standing waiting no one else in line. And nobody bothered. Then when I asked if someone could help me , which I shouldn't have had to. They gave me attitude the whole time.
They made my order wrong and refused to remake or give me my money back. They didn’t follow my listed ingredients. So frustrating!! Don’t bother stopping here
This place is almost always out of Italian Herb and Cheese bread. Sometimes they are also out of chicken or cheese. I just left from there at noon, and again, no Italian Herb and Cheese. Two people in that short while wanted it. I was one of them. They had just pulled it out of the oven, but said it had to set for 30 more minutes. Why not do this early to have it ready for a lunch crowd when you know how popular this bread is??? Poor management, to say the least. Today was the first time I ordered on line from subway and low and behold I messed up my order. My sandwich is do dry I can't eat it I ask for oil and vinger i know they just put a tiny bit on there so I ask for extra on the side nope didn't get any. Thanks alot for no lunch for me today
Put an ONLINE order in tonight and without any exaggeration it was the worst subway I ever received. Except for the extra ham the rest of it was NOTHING like I ordered. I wanted extra olives, all I got was 2 half slices of olive the rest was a heap of lettuce and a heap of carrot covered with a revolting sauce that I never asked for. I ate one piece of ham and threw the rest of it in the bin. The best Subway Sandwich ever. The employee that was working on Saturday October 11th 2025 was amazing. He was alone with a 6 person line, was very friendly and efficient, I am picky and he didnt flinch with my telling him how to make my sandwich. Very polite and accommodating. I whis I knew his name. It was around 1 pm. Give him a thumbs up.
I just visited the Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Subway on Silver Springs Road. It was a joy! Amber and Brianna were so sweet and helpful they really brightened my day. They were also fast and my order was perfect.
