The girl working at 2:30 on Thursday 4/18 was EXTREMELY RUDE. She was busy with back work I understand but DAMN you don't come forward huffing and stomping, then start slamming utensils around cause your job was interrupted by....gasp....your job! The chicken salad sandwich had barely a scoop of meat for a 6" . It was uncomfortable and awkward and I WONT be back!
The sign says they open at 9. I showed up at 9, the gate was still pulled down. I asked the woman inside the store what time she was going to open. She shrugged her shoulders at me and said "As soon as I am ready". Well, she still wasn't ready 30 minutes later either so I left. Both Subways in El Campo are horrible. They need to change their signs to reflect the time they actually open so people don't waste their time.
Ordered online 40 minutes before closing and got a call a few minutes that they had already put everything up and refused to make my meal that I had already paid for! When asked if they would cancel and refund me they said they didn’t know how so the manager would have to do in the morning! Are you kidding me? What’s the point of having online ordering if they refuse to serve you. I get that you want to get out on time but it was 40 minutes.
