The worst customer service ever!! They will stand there , not speak or even make eye contact with you. They will hide in the back so they don't have to wait on customers. I even tried calling, they will let it ring and ring.
The girl working at 2:30 on Thursday 4/18 was EXTREMELY RUDE. She was busy with back work I understand but DAMN you don't come forward huffing and stomping, then start slamming utensils around cause your job was interrupted by....gasp....your job! The chicken salad sandwich had barely a scoop of meat for a 6" . It was uncomfortable and awkward and I WONT be back!
The sign says they open at 9. I showed up at 9, the gate was still pulled down. I asked the woman inside the store what time she was going to open. She shrugged her shoulders at me and said "As soon as I am ready". Well, she still wasn't ready 30 minutes later either so I left. Both Subways in El Campo are horrible. They need to change their signs to reflect the time they actually open so people don't waste their time.
