For context my wife and I hadn’t eaten anything all day and we needed a save as we are getting ready for a flight tonight. I was on the app ordering when it kicked me out and told me to clear my bag. So I went in got there around 8:32. Please start making the pick up orders before we get there. EVERY TIME. Could be 10 mins or 30 mins that I order but when I get in the order is never on the rack or even being prepared. Someone slinks out of the back and says ‘2 minutes’ this is ridiculous for drivers doesnt matter if its the least busiest time of the day they wont have your order ready.
I have never wanted to write a review in my life but my experience here was horrible the kid had no idea what he was doing he didn’t know the difference between oil and vinegar I’ve never heard of that in my life there’s barely any meat on my sub he does not belong working there.
Got a bmt and it came with almost no meat in it. Seriously I pay almost $20 for a meal and you skimp me on meat.
Subway website says this should be open at 8am on Saturday, I was there at 9am and dark and doors locked.
