I have never had an issue with this location until today. I placed an online order for pickup and my husband went to grab it. He got there at the designated time (it still took almost 20 minutes past that timeframe) when he finally got it both sandwich’s were a mess. I ordered mine with heavy oil and vinegar which they did not do and all the sauce on his was sprayed on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich. LITERALLY waited to be served and tried to get her attention but the old white lady ignored us and instead of serving us she went to the BACK to talk with another employee. racist
