This is my local subway shop. My mother likes to have subway at least once a week. You'd think they'd recognize me or my order but they don't. The atmosphere is clean and neat but the employees could use a little more training on how to engage with customers and to be consistent with the sandwich making. This time I ordered fish, fries, and a drink...I got my food, started eating my fries, was 3 mile down the road before I discovered they gave me a Bigmac, and no fish....had to turn away, only to be treated with attitude when I went inside.
