I just attempted an online order. I arrived at Subway Catalina, no order. The employee working today May 6@3:30p was no help whatsoever. I walked out, no food. I would NEVER have an employee that lacked customer service skills and let a customer walk out!
2 sandwiches for $30 and not even a smile or thank you for coming in to spend your money and keep us in business. Wow. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Will not return.
