I was there on 2/13/26 around noon. I ordered a 6 inch veggie sub. After my 1st bite I noticed a nasty taste. After a few more bites I figured it out. The black olives were NASTY!! I took all of them off and ate the rest, which I shouldn't have done. Other than the rancid olives, the only thing I could taste was the salt. Avoid this location at all costs. Horrible customer service. The manager has a really negative attitude. I ordered via app, got a confirmation email and time it will be ready. When I got there at the noted time on email, the guy behind the counter said order hadn't arrived from app. I showed him my email and app confirmation. He refused to make my sandwich until the system sent order, I offered to pay again and get a refund, and he still refused. Women was rude right when I walked in to pick up my order. Went home just to find out they didn't follow instructions and didn't toast all 3 sandwiches. Don't come here
I went in during lunch 1/17 and the cashier added a tip without asking, when I noticed and told her I didn’t add the tip after the payment went through and to take it off she told me I did add the tip myself and there’s nothing she can do. Beware of your totals, they steal from you and tip themselves
This has to be the wost subway , poo quality of food , the never have bread choices and won’t let you customize sandwhiches ( according to staff I can call the owner ) it’s his rules. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for a sandwhich
