We have been to this location a few times in the past and said we are never going back, but decided to order on the app at this location anyway thinking and hoping changes had been made. Rude manager lady, and our sandwiches were incorrect AGAIN. Tried to call, straight to voicemail. That’s it for us. Don’t waste your money at this location.
The veggies like lettuce and spinach were not fresh/were discolored. Choose a different location close by instead.
I was very pleased with the service and the price of my order. The manager was very helpful and professional with my order. The staff was a nice. They took there time to making sure my order was completed. Great job

I ordered at the wrong location and now I'm trying to cancel it and they literally can't answer the phone I been calling like 5 times, even on a different phone, incredibly unprofessional, I can't get a refund basically forcing me to go all the way to a different location..... Update I went to the location, and I couldn't get a refund cause only the manager can do refunds and he wasn't even there. Thankfully I did get to get a new toasted sub, seriously don't get how places like these can be up and running with only 1 person... read more
