The employee who helped us, I think her name was Alex, seemed like she was in a real hurry. I probably took a bit too long deciding, so my advice is to know exactly what you want before you get to the counter. It just helps keep things moving along for them. They put a closed sign after we knocked on the door even though it was supposed to be open until 11pm everyday as per the hours posted on the door. Disappointed.
