Around 5:30 PM on Friday March 06: Very worst experience of any subway!! Never ever before a subway staff tells me (no this is enough) when saying the requested additives to sandwitches (e.g. Halapeno, onion, dressings, ...) and he already puts toooo little of these when asked. He was also speaking impolitely, does no understand english and had very hard time asking him to mark the 5 sandwitches with name first letters. He kept repeating (no more adding) for almost every sandwitch. Worst experience ever!!

Last week, I visited and asked a question, 'Is it not busy during this time of day?' -- and I didn't get an answer, so I asked another employee. I commented that employees should be able to communicate in English, and got a reply: 'Maybe you should learn Spanish.' The employee called me a racist. She then said: how would you feel if I called you Chinese? Which I find offensive because her comment was simply not appropriate.
