I came here for a sandwich neat heard of subway being out of Swiss weird, then when I ask her to spread the mayo, instead of grabbing a knife and doing it like decent person, she decided to spread it with the turkey meat with an attitude: I completely left.
I really try hard to not write bad reviews and give workers and businesses the benefit of the doubt. But this staff at this location is beyond frustrating. The middle aged man who works there is insanely rude. My wife and I walked in there was no greeting, no acknowledgment whatsoever, fine maybe he was busy. He just talks in one word and makes it seem like you’re ruining his life just by being there. The two girls that work here are absolutely lovely. They go over and above to greet each customer and treat everybody with kindness and respect, even when that kindness and respect isn’t reciprocated back to them. I feel that they should be acknowledge. Most people just come on here to complain about something, but I’m on here to tell you that the staff at the Murphy subway go over and above it’s unfortunate that during the time I was eating lunch there I noticed six or seven customers come in and treat the staff horribly. I can see why this location is below a 3 in ratings. We ordered 2 sandwiches on-line and did not select a sauce because we did not want the sandwiches to be wet and soggy. We arrived to pick up the sandwiches and asked for a small side of sauce to eat with our sandwiches. The 2 workers refused to give it to us and said we are only asking for free stuff. I had to argue and raised my voice to explain the reason for not putting the sauce on the in-line order. It was a heated argument that was not necessary. I hope no one comes ... read more
