I ordered two one-foot long sandwiches and paid with my card online, but when I got there they already gave my order to someone else without confirming identity. I asked for a remake but they wouldn’t do it nor give me a refund. I then asked to speak to the manager and they said no, leaving me stranded with no words meanwhile my kids are waiting for the food at home. I would give this place no stars if it allowed me to.
The worker at the location displayed blatant disrespect and explicitly expressed her indifference towards me. Despite being a regular customer, visiting the establishment 2 to 3 times a week, I noticed a recurring negative attitude from Mrs. Adrianna over the past month. Very rude and disrepectful lady.
I order from here take out!! Chicken teriyaki sandwich #8 on Italian cheese bread with olives, pickles spinach. They gave me not Italian cheese bread put onions and lettuce and tomatoes! They can’t even pick up the phone! Bad customer service!
