I specifically asked for extra mayonnaise directly on the bread when I placed my order, and there was no mayonnaise on the bread at all. It was really frustrating, especially since I wrote that note clearly. Please pay more attention to special instructions—small details like that make a big difference.

The server was slow. Asked how long he's been working there. They guy said 3 months. No way he has been doing it for 3 months. 4 people in line. Took 20 min to make my simple sandwich. Took his time with each one. While people waited.
Never open on time , always late.
