The manager at this location is excellent and he makes sure the food is fresh at all times. The other Subways the customer service is awful, they can't compete with Story Rd. location.
food was ok, but the staff were short.one was preparing the sandwich the other one was JUST STARING AT HER.we literally waited more than 30mins for a sandwich. pls… we couldn’t even enjoy the food due to the frustration.
When we got there we waited like 10min for her to come from the back she sneezed on her gloves and still tried to make my sandwich and I ask to change her gloves and the bread and proceeded with an attitude and told us to come earlier next time if we wanted someone else to make our sandwich this is so unsanitary never going there again !
i wasn't able to have the food cus i mistakenly ordered in wrong location and i called em they said they couldn't cancel it or change the location not even the manager. Perhaps the employee wasnt nice . And this is only the store who cannot cancel or refund the order. Customer Care was not connecting to the line either.
