When we got there we waited like 10min for her to come from the back she sneezed on her gloves and still tried to make my sandwich and I ask to change her gloves and the bread and proceeded with an attitude and told us to come earlier next time if we wanted someone else to make our sandwich this is so unsanitary never going there again !
i wasn't able to have the food cus i mistakenly ordered in wrong location and i called em they said they couldn't cancel it or change the location not even the manager. Perhaps the employee wasnt nice . And this is only the store who cannot cancel or refund the order. Customer Care was not connecting to the line either.
They need to let people know that they have to get their own chips etc.
I ordered 2 sandwiches meals at 2:55pm said it was ready at 3:30pm when I get there food isn’t ready the worker claims there is NO BACON so we asked her to cancel and we will go to another location I’m guessing she is new doesn’t understand a lick of English she doesn’t know (“HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER”) so we asked for a manager she claims she is the only one working and doesn’t “ know how to get in contact with a manager “ after all this some how she” finds bacon in the freezer “ I mean this is just ridiculous this is why we ... read more
