Ordered at 7:30 to be delivered app still telling me that it’s being prepared. When I try to get help through the tracking option I get a number that has restrictions and when I call the store no one answers. It is now 9:00 and they are closed. But do I have my food!?! Great Place to eat. Like the new location. People there are very friendly as well.
Ordered online twice. Both times they didn't send all of my order. Then tried to tell me I didn't order that even after showing them the receipt. Then ordered a meatball sub and got 5 meatballs the size of a quarter on a foot long sub and very little cheese and marinara. More bread than anything. Sorry excuse for a Subway for sure. Worst one ever.
