I am not above making mistakes, nor do I expect people to be perfect. I do expect good customer service and someone be able to admit when they are wrong and apologize. That was NOT my experience at this Subway today. The sandwich maker prepared our sandwiches incorrectly on our pickup order. Not knowing this until we got home, and there being NO way to apparently reach this location by phone (recording said the calls were forwarded), I drove back to the location to bring it to their attention.
