When there with some friends and this one lady that had blonde hair, tall and big build was working. She was EXTREMELY rude to my friends and another lady came in for a pickup order and didn't even make it to the counter and she yelled "Its not ready yet" and told her to go sit down. Came from bathroom straight to make sandwich without washing hands in toilet. Upon asking, she said she’s not gonna make anything Also filing a complaint with subway corporate office .
The only thing they did right on this order was the bread selection and what protein went on which sandwich. The cheese, veggies, and sauce were all added to the wrong sandwich. When I called and asked them to fix it and I pick it up they said "no, we made your sandwiches per the grubhub order and will not remake them" and hung up. Clearly the receipt proves you wrong.
