The customer service was amazing the attentiveness and attitude was great. Zach and Eli were very friendly, helpful and communicative, will definitely comeback because of them. Best experience I had at any Subway I ever been to.
Updating to a 5 star. Out of all the Subways in DFW this one is the best. Customer service is top notch. They know how to build my massive sandwich and not make a giant mess like other stores. Always fresh. 10/10!
My experience at this Subway was absolutely awful due to the unacceptable behavior of one of the workers.The short, chubby employee with curly hair was blatantly rude, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Her attitude was hostile for no reason, and she spoke to me in a disrespectful tone that made it clear she had no interest in providing even the most basic level of customer service or making a simple footlong sandwich which she is getting paid to do.
