The lack of professionalism shown from both Dan and Aj, the owner and manager respectively, is quite honestly astounding. Due to an error on subway's behalf my order was received by the app but not the store. I waited over 40mins to be told that I would receive a full refund as AJ assured me the charge would never go through. Spoiler alert! The charge did in fact go through so I gave AJ a call immediately. He feigns surprise and invites me to come back to his location to "prove it" and offers me a refund.
