UPDATE 8/16 around 1pm the 2 girls that are working today shouldn't be working in the service industry. Both had an attitude like they didn't want to help nor be there. One was standing at the register doodling on receipt paper and didn’t care at all there was a customer standing in front of her. Emily was my server for take out. She was new but excellent. She was pleasant, determined to get order correct, went extra mile putting name on one sack so I knew which one to drop off. Place appeared clean. Looking forward to dining in next time. I got the daily special tuna fish Emily said the do accept paper coupons.which thrilled me being a senior on limited funds Thanks Emily.❣
My husband came in to pick up both his order and mine. He told the cashier he was picking up for himself and his wife and had already paid for both. However, the cashier kept asking to verify his account and my account which he obviously couldn’t do mine since I placed the order on my phone. We understand the need for order accuracy and security, but this felt excessive and a bit uncomfortable. It’s pretty normal for one person to pick up for a partner or family member.
