Ordered for pickup. Was to be ready at 5:40. When I arrived at 5:40, order was not even started. 2 sandwiches were on wrong bread, and 3 were not toasted. Workers did not great arriving customers to let them know they were behind. 2 customers left before placing their order. Management needs to step it up here.
What is the point of online ordering if you're just gonna sit there forever waiting to be helped! I put in an online order for pick up at 6. It's 6:30 and I'm still sitting here. The 2 people behind the counter keep ingoring me and when I asked about my order the guy was short and rude and told me he was busy making sandwiches. Subway – Smaller Than 6 Inches I used to love Subway for the "fresh" sandwiches and the feeling that you were getting a good deal. Unfortunately, the 6-inch subs are now noticeably smaller than they used to be — more like a fun-size or kid’s portion.
