This location absolutely is horrible. I’ve had minor little problems before I didn’t have an issue with it. Things happen. I understand that but today I ordered $27 worth subs when they collect them when it said my order we done it 515. There was one person working in there and she had six people. I have gone to this location about 3-4 times a week, for the past 5 years. I have never had a single problem with the employees at this location in the past, everyone was super friendly and a lot of them knew my order by heart since I was there so much. Recently, I think they changed franchise owners, as they have several foreign workers there now. My only complaint is that they were absolutely impossible to understand. I was unable to place my order properly due to the language barrier, and they constantly talk to each othe... read more
