Went to the specific location, They did not have wheat bread, That is unacceptable, Due to my condition, I can’t eat any of the other types of bread.

I placed an online order through the subway app for two footlong sandwiches. The employee called to tell me they were out of meatballs and that I would have to cancel the order. I asked if I could just substitute a different sandwich and she told me “no because we are out of a lot of stuff.” Then she told me she couldn’t void the order and that I had to do cancel it in the app (which is not an option in the app). 0/10 experience . i ordered through the app for pickup 20 minutes prior to arriving, got there at the time my pick up was & my order was not ready even though there was no one in the store, ended up waiting an extra 5-7 minutes . while the lady was in the middle of making my sandwich she picked trash up off the floor as well as stuck her whole hand in the scraps bin while wearing the same gloves, i asked her to change gloves bc unsanitary ???? she just looked at me and ignored me . unacceptable and will never be coming back
