Colby, Nathaniel, and Jacob were very nice
We have the meal plan and the cashier (K) couldn’t figure out what to do and made us pay for 1 out of 3 meals. She said it wouldn’t scan and that I’d have to pay for my autistic daughter’s sandwich even though u could see her pass included the 2 meal plan and I showed her the meal plan with her picture on it. She said she wasn’t scanned into the park but how did a child with a pass with a meal plan with the picture of that same child in the same outfit break in past security. I ordered a veggie 6” sub and while adding condiments, the server used the same knife for making both veg and chicken(meat). When I raised an alarm, he got defensive and lied saying he used different knives. Could be life threatening for someone with dietary restrictions
Apparently they “can’t” toast the sandwiches. Same price as a regular Subway but limited menu. Not even worth it.
