This early morning 7/28 at 0320 AM, the guy working with a Mariam is horrible. I go to order sandwiches and no one is there. 2 minutes later the guy pops up at the door window sees me and still continues to talk to someone else ignoring me standing there. After minutes standing there no one in line he approaches the counter and says hello. I replied hello and continued with my order. They said it was open 24 hours but the guy was sitting down at 2:30 am on Tuesday the 28th in terminal B. The guy was rude and dismissive the place was open lit up and had all the toppings out. I will have to give them a negative rating The worst part is my flight was delayed by 3 hours and I didn’t get to Dallas until 1:30 am and I was starving and it was crappy getting turned away by the only place supposed to be open

Rude attitudes, little care for my order. Not helpful when ordering a kids meal either, couldn't be bothered to cut the 6in into a 4in, actually ripped the bread with their hands. Couldn't point out where the applesauce was, just glanced in the general location. Refused to let me take a juice even though it's part of the meal usually.

Listed as 24 hour, the line is completely stocked, our airline gave us vouchers for an 8 hour delay and this was the only place listed as open so we show up and the employees tell us they're closed despite a full line and other customers inside.
