I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak on wheat bread, and it’s one of my favorite sandwiches at Subway. I personally asked them to toast the bread longer than usual because I enjoy a crispier texture. That extra time in the toaster made the bread more flavorful and gave the sandwich a better overall taste. The staff also added a little extra lettuce, which I appreciated. Rude customer service especially the lady rennada I believe her name is. Just a nasty rude attitude.
bald dude is super rude and makes sloppy sandwiches. he didn’t even cut my sandwich in half and had an attitude the entire time. he also served about 10 people in front of me without changing his gloves and had several cambros overfilled which is a food safety issue. i work at subway and would never treat customers this way. save your money and patience by not coming here.
Communication issues.
It took close to 15 minuted to get through the line despite there being 5 employees at the counter and was definitely not worth the wait. The man at the the start counter immediately starting arguing with the customer in front of me when he made it to the front of the line because he grabbed a random bread and the customer didn't want that kind.
