After not coming here for a year from multiple bad experiences, I have been talking up this location after my last 2 sandwiches were made so great. Today I placed an online order for BOGO Footlong for a dollar. I went to pick them up and was told they are not taking online orders due to their internet being down. I explained that my card was charged. They said I would get a refund. I said well can I pay for 2 more and just get the sandwiches I ordered and get the refund later? Sure. Save your money and time and go a mile further to another one
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. I was served rotten food — yes, spoiled, foul-smelling, clearly inedible — and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they couldn’t have cared less. No apology, no replacement, not even an offer to take it off the bill. How a restaurant can knowingly serve food in that condition and refuse to make it right is beyond me. It's not just bad service — it’s a health hazard. Avoid this place at all costs.
