Made an online order on a Sunday for 8:15 pick up. Was at the store by that time and the store was closed!!!! Online order confirmed! Called Monday, the manager answered and said they were busy but to go to the app and cancel the order. Told her I couldn't because it was confirmed and by Monday morning it was marked as "picked up".
