Literally the app said to arrive around 830p we arrived at 9 instead because they usually aren't done by that time.. she barely started making our order when we arrived.
Ordered a sandwich and a pizza on my mobile app, picked up my order and was told “ oh girl we don’t have pizza haven’t had it for 2 months” she then said she was refunding the pizza and ended up refunding my whole order even my sandwich. Didn’t even communicate that then was like “ YEAHHH GIRL THE WHOLE ORDER NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED” why am I being addressed like I’m this individuals friend and not customer. Será que en los subway’s no tienen empleados que sean educados y atiendan con amabilidad? hasta el día de hoy tengo una mala experiencia Con los subway’s deberian de poner más atencion a sus empleados tienen una persima actitud para atender.
Está cerca de mi casa pero prefiero ir a otro aunque sea mas lejos. Pero que me atiendan bien, el servicio es pésimo las chicas te atienden de mala manera, y maños gestos, le pregunte "que clase de jamón es"? Y ella solo dijo "ese que está aquí " esperaba que me dijera el tipo de jamón, encima olvidó ponerle la carne y su excusa "por que tu no me la pediste " creo que deben capacitarlos, y enseñarlos a asesorar al cliente en cada venta. Muy mal lugar.
Wanted a 6 inch but got 4 inches in bread, I wanted steak and another meat I was trying to decide and was asked do you want it toasted the toppings just rushed the process, the customer service that wasnt there and they didn't have all the bread available and they just opened, 1st bad experience in a subway ever that is disappointing
