Mrs de la Garza was absolutely wonderful helping me out today! I had an issue at a separate subway where I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and was being cussed out by the team members. 1 call to Mrs de la Garza and she instantly solved my issue! It's subway. Used them in Paris, France and in California. They are always consistent.
I used to loathe coming here as the service was bad but it really turned around! Sean was super friendly and exhibited great customer service, going out of my way to come back to this location!
