We been to a lot of Subways but we haven't experienced this type of rudeness from an employee before. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she should have left that at home because it kind of ruined our experience. And the tipping point was my girlfriend grabbed a large cup and filled it with water and she still charged us for a fountain drink instead of correcting the mistake. Walked in wasn’t even greeted they made it seem they were annoyed of me being there probably because they haven’t had a customer in a while until I walked in Worst customer service experience go to Carl’s Jr across the street you’ll probably receive better service The date of they horrible customer service was 8-8-2023 around 6pm afternoon shift do better!
Bad services from server today. To the point that I was never even able to grab my order and I will not be coming back to the subway ever again.
