I’m so pissed! terrible customer service. do not come here. my poor boyfriend was on the phone with me while he was getting my sandwich & the workers were so rude to him! he asked for sauce on my sandwich and they said no? like what? They will not be getting our money ever again.
I came in for lunch to get a 12in Chicken Teriyaki sub.. I took one bite and immediately tasted sourness the chicken was spoiled I spat out my bite and brought the sub back to get a refund. I was denied a refund and the worked accused it was just my taste that was off she assured the chicken was good she made it this morning but I came in at 2:30p.m. she offered to make a new sub she can't give me a refund but I was scared to try anything from there again so I left without a refund or food.
