Staff wants to only speak Spanish and becomes upset because you won’t communicate in their language. They then proceed to make you a sandwich that is nothing like you asked for and when you ask them to cut it for you they hand you a plastic knife. Completely rude and disrespectful staff that acts like we are there for them instead of providing customer service.
No sé qué criterios tiene SUBWAY para elegir a sus empleados si la atención al cliente es TERRIBLE. Esta chica que me atendió en este puesto de comida tuvo una pésima actitud conmigo, las verduras las coloco de forma brusca y grosera sobre el pan. Le pedí un poco de mostaza miel y me colocó mostaza normal ignorando mi pedido. Que Desagradable y horrible experiencia. JAMÁS VOLVERÉ!!!
Servicio PÉSIMO, comida SERVIDA DE MALA GANA. La mujer que prepara los panes que tiene la cara con marcas es pésima en atención al cliente. Nosotros NO MENDIGAMOS la comida. Que asco de servicio sinceramente
