We went to go buy subway and we bought 2 foot longs and there was a promotion that said buy two foot longs and get 1 foot long free the worker didn’t offer us that promotion and we sit down to go eat I find out that they were selling that promotion and we ask nicely too please give us our free foot long and she said you should’ve told me earlier while I was doing your order . I got charged for a carbonated water drink which is soda and I bought water. So I got charged 6$ for a 2$ water bottle. Horrible customer service and tried to make me look dumb when I asked for refund. Lady there needs to get fired.
Came to buy two water bottles and they originally put on the register the two bottles then changed it and charged me for 2 carbonated bottles which costs more. When i went back to ask why, they gave me a lot of attitude and even started cussing in the back about it, then said they would refund the original payment, then proceeded to charge for the original price of the waters.
