Stellar staff per usual they always treat me and my colleagues and family like honorary guest which is shocking by subway standards
Very disappointing customer service. The food was good, but the service was terrible. The employee who helped me, whom I believe was named Lily or Lilia (I’m not completely sure), was wearing glasses. She was rude and unprofessional. She kept making unfriendly facial expressions at me, and whenever I asked simple questions about my order, she would just stare at me instead of answering. I felt ignored and unwelcome. The lettuce with old the Cucumbers were old the bread didn't taste fresh I don't recommend anybody going to that Subway
The guy at the counter brought up political topics, which felt out of place. I also had to ask multiple times for more vegetables on my sandwich
I had been getting veggie Pattie sub here for going on 3 years now. The service here used to be really good and I had never had a problem. On August 1st after their remodel I returned for my usual. The guy at the counter toasted my bread burnt. See photo. I asked him to redo the bread and he argued and seemed very offended. In the end, my sandwich wasn’t cut and covered in so much mustard.
