What’s the point in having a phone if you’re not gonna answer it always get great service and food here though
This is usually our go to for subs.... thought we'd grab some sandwiches quick and easy.... 45 min later we had our sandwiches. Not toasted not busy.... just us 45min. He even forgot what my sandwich was because it took him so long to make our others.
My online order was only half delivered. When I attempted to call their location for help, I could not get through the automated machine that then put me on hold for 3.5min and hung up without ever connecting me. I feel robbed having to pay for a meal I did not receive with no way to contact the restaurant to correct this.
The worker was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He wanted to judge my sandwich and didn’t listen to what i wanted on it. Didn’t listen to me, or make it the way I wanted. Will never be coming back to this location. Horrible customer service. I will be letting all my friends know about my horrible experience
Not the employees fault he is nice as can be and as accomidating as he can be as well this company is makinh there own employees fail. Second time in a row we've ordered online set a time and we get there and our order is not ready. First time I waited 15mins second time was 30 mins what is going om at this location. You compiters freeze up dont print orders you have 1 person working during a dinner rush WOW. I would appreciate a manager contact asap!!
