I want to save my purchase points in Subway app. At the time of purchase, the app needed to update and it took time to complete. I asked whether I could do it later, and the answer I got was yes. However, it turned out that Canadian app does not have such function. The staff told me that she didn't know it. Fortunately, I solved the problem at last by asking chatgpt. I think the matter that I came across is common, and hopefully, Subway can provide this kind of training to its staff
