Yesterday after my appointment I decided that I'd get food for myself, fiance, and my momma. Subway sounded good and we ordered and then we waited forever for it to be done. Unbelievable. I can’t believe this location is still open. I worked at biggby next door two years ago and they always had their doordash/online order notification sound going off the ENTIRE shift, as in they never received or confirmed the order. Terrible customer service. NO staff at the counter, visible, alert or accessible. I had to call the phone to get a response. Staff member finally emerged from back of store, didn't acknowledge me or ask "what would you like" NOTHING ! I had to initiate the order. She simply didn't want to be bothered, in fact I would bet she was sleeping as she came out rubbing her face. Absolutely terrible service, ESPECIALLY at a Hospital food court.
