There has been a recent change in staff and since the change the service has dramatically declined as well as the food prep. A polite inquiry about the type of cheese offered on the menu board gs what was placed on my sub got me chastised, and the customer behind me was berated for pointing oit the bread burnt while being toasted. I will go to any other subway going forward.
Ordered door dash foot long great Canadian club. Got a turkey sandwich with half the toppings I wanted. My daughter has had numerous sandwiches screwed up ordering on various delivery apps. We have come to the store to order and they have been put of ham and tomatoes before. Never ordering or setting foot in this store again
Ordered 6" tuna sub. The sandwich was ruined by the server adding an exorbitant amount of sauce. Considering the tuna already has mayonnaise in it the amount of sauce made for a big soggy mess. Truly disappointed - usually we have good success at this location.
