They need more workers. I ordered online an hour ago and it’s so busy in here that I’m still waiting for my sandwich. The girl working is doing her best and she’s so nice, but this is crazy. Never waited so long in a subway. If I hadn’t ordered ahead and already paid I would have left 30 minutes ago. Update: took an hour and a half but I finally got my food, I felt so bad for the worker, she was working her butt off for real
I just left subway and this evening I was served by a wonderful gal named Samantha. She is absolutely top tier service and a rarity in todays world!!!!! I have not had such good service in such a long time. I came in near closing and about three other people walked in and also an online order. Everyone was served and done in about 7 mins. She was fast, efficient and did not rush me at all. Best sub I’ve ever had from Subway. This gal deserves a raise!!!! Samantha thank you so much 🙏 I will be back!!!
