Make their own rules about coupons at this location. Said you could not use chicken or steak. Was going to tell her that the coupon did not exclude that and she said at this location only.
I'd give zero if I could. Awful service. Ignored when I tried to order. Ignored when I ordered online and picked up. If your staff won't greet customers or even talk to them like. That's kind of a problem.
Tried to use a mailed Subway coupon here. They made my sandwich, then refused the coupon, saying the owner excludes certain items not listed on the coupon. I walked out rather than pay extra, so they lost the sale and wasted the food. If a location won’t honor coupons, that should be made clear before making the order.
Very rude... I greeted food service person n she looked at me w a glare and refused to speak back and was very disconnected from service with a very rude contact with me. I literally wanted to stop the order n leave. If I had the time to go to a different location today I would have left!
