Went in to give this location, one more try, and the lady helping at the counter is completely rude to customers. A customer simply asked to have some mayonnaise put on his sandwich from an online order and she was straight out rude to him. Then she left her gloves on making sandwiches and taking cash! Super disgusting and rude don’t go here.
The first thing is the Subway coupons which I received in the mail.did not work at all. Secondly the server behind the counter was very rude along with limited English. I will not be back ever, and went to Submarina in Santee where everything was excellent as usual.
Had the WORST customer service experience here today walked in around 4 pm and nobody was behind the counter. Then once the employee finally showed up she was huffing and puffing. Sorry princess that you had to do your job, she was a short Hispanic or possible darker skinned Middle Eastern. She was huffing and puffing the whole time and YELLING "WHAT DO YOU WANT?"
