visited the Subway restaurant on Broadway to get a sandwich, and unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The first employee who took my order was unprofessional. She slid my bread across the counter near the trash area, which I found very unsanitary and disrespectful. It did not feel like she cared about cleanliness or customer service. There was no sense of customer service, and the attitude felt angry and impatient. Good customer service is very important in any business. Customers should be treated with respect and patience.
