Disappointing online orders, missing ingredients and dry bread I’m really disappointed with the online ordering at this location lately. It didn't use to be like this, but over the last few times, they have consistently messed up my orders. I customize my sandwiches online with specific ingredients and at least three sauces but I end up getting barely anything. The place has no customer/public restroom despite having dining in tables. The lady at the counter acknowledged customers getting upset at this and she had to get the "proper" answer from the owner when asked this question. I'm used to this in LA, not in El Cajon...
The 2 chubby girls in the morning right at 9am when they open are very rude & lack skills of customer service. Usually at every subway I’ve gone to they are very welcoming these girls look so miserable as soon as you walk in no smile just silent. I still smiled and said thank you and she just handed me the food all serious and quiet. It looks like they do no like their job or going through something but cmon we all are times are tough right now but don’t take it out on others atleast fake it till you make it ? :/
