Juniper the new hire Is fantastic. I watched her go above and beyond to help a customer who has having issues placing an order online. It warms my heart to see that. Oskar I believe that’s how it’s spelled is also great he’s very quick and very friendly I will definitely be back soon!
What makes me angry the most is i come into subway I get 2 sandwiches, chip,drink,cookies. It comes to $45. That alone is upsetting but then we get home to eat and the bread is so hard you can't even eat it.!!
If I could give zero stars I would, I placed a mobile order only to get it home and discovered I was given the wrong sandwich… I called up there to be told there was nothing they could do and I would have to buy a new sandwich if I wanted another one and wait for the manager to be there to get a refund and that was some time in October when this happened. I would love to work as little as this manager does.. she never seems to be there in the morning, afternoon or evening and I left my name and phone number at least 8 times ... read more
Asked for crispy bacon on my foot long and the girl who was doing burnt the bacon and I said that is to burnt. She rolled her eyes and got more bacon and heated it up and burned it again. She didn't spread the bacon out to help it cook evenly. Half was burnt and the other half wasn't even cooked. Pretty sure if I asked her to make it again she would have given me more attitude.
The guy working tonight messed up on my 3 subs because he was too busy checking out the girl working with him. Every time she turned around he whipped his head around to stare. He skimped out on all of the toppings and didn't put dressing on 2 of the 3 subs... West Town subway is way better.
