Has to be the worst subway location I have ever been to. The kid working there just avoided me purposely for 10 mins while at the drive thru window doing absolutely nothing until someone else came to help and she had an attitude!
This is my favorite subway because the people that work there match my level of energy and snark. I think the subway brand is untrustworthy but these people keep me coming back eating my favorite sandwich somehow. I mean a company that goes from making these stuffed fresh amazing sandwiches of my youth now force workers to stand behind metal shields that block me from seeing im spending $17 for two pieces of turkey a slice of cheese and 14 cups of lettuce? I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the customer service is consistently terrible. They never make my sub right, and the woman working there always glares at customers and never smiles. I know everyone has their days and I’m usually very understanding when it comes to that, but everytime?? That’s ridiculous. The indian lady working there was just staring at me the whole time, while the gentleman was making my sub. Why would I go to an establishment that makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Tania provided us great service when making our sandwiches and although you could see her a little overwhelmed with the number of orders, she still had a smile on her face and did her best job to give us good service
