Francis had a great service towards me today
So I've given them more chances (mainly because they are my only choice for lunch after school), and they have redeemed themselves. On my last visit I did hear a manager getting angry at the oven, but I've noticed how polite they try to be to their guests now. I don't get much time in between my classes, so it would be great if they had faster service. I'll give y'all that last star once I see more change. Don't let this review take you guys down. I've seen progress.
