Most of the time i just order online and pickup , but this time i walked in to order and the employee started talking to me( as she lives near my house ) and didn’t pay any attention to my order she literally gave me wrong sandwich and then after toasting she took them out and ignored them and kept asking about me. i like my sandwich hot and not only this, they didn’t mention the sandwiches and two of us ate each other’s sandwiches . I would just recommend you guys to pay attention To your customers orders :(
The costumer service is terrible the lady’s are so rude and talk about you to each other right infront of you and I’m just a teen they should not be treating people this way. It made me feel very bad and ruined my mood.also the lady charged me extra for no reason.
I ordered a footlong veggie sub and they gave me a 6 inch and when i called the number they don’t pick up
I asked for Italians and herbs bread she gave me white bread! I even asked is that Italian? She said ‘yes white bread and Italian are the same.’ Big difference!
