I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway in Perry, Iowa. Me and my boyfriend decided to eat dinner. The older man making the sandwich was unfriendly and came across as rude during the entire interaction. On top of that, the younger employees were slamming materials around and yelling, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service was awful and not welcoming at all. I hope management addresses these issues because it really hurt the experience. Lori always does a good job... read more
