Came in today after work and had the worst Experience Not only did it take the employee on duty 40 minutes to help me and two other customers before me, but I noticed while she was making my sandwich she was put her entire hand in the garbage can multiple times. Which obviously is a health and safety hazard that will be reported to osha . I had a wonderful dine in experience! The Presentation made me feel special 😁
Stopped in on 6/17 to order some sandwiches that a different Subway couldn't make. The guy working was less than thrilled that my order contained 4 sandwiches and a wrap. I felt like i was bothering him and i could swear it seemed like he was being forced to work. In the end i asked if he could write names on the sandwiches so i could know what was what, he proceeded to chicken scratch the letter T on each one. Subway has become a JOKE. What a shame.
They messed up half of the sandwiches in our order of 6. Ordered ahead on the app and they didn’t have enough meatballs (ordered 2 meatball subs) made and didn’t start making them until we arrived to pick up, adding 15 minute wait. Skimped us on “double meat” orders.
