I made an online order for delivery. Turns out, the order was for pick-up. When I called to ask for a refund, the store refused and blamed me for it. So I will never patron that particular location again. This is the store located at 4327 St. Barnabas Rd, Marlow Heights. AVOID ONLINE ORDERS with them!
Great place to eat
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway restaurant. I came in to try the new, widely advertised Ghost Pepper Bread and new Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub. The worker tells me they don’t have the bread. Okay, I can still get the sandwich with just a different bread. Then he disappears for 5 minutes, I guess to get more chicken? Finally returns, we get our sandwiches and drinks. He doesn’t give us any napkins. All the drinks on the fountain are out of order except lemonade; not even iced tea.
