Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a location And subs were equal to garbage would never recommend coming here
I sat in the delivery Lane for over 10 minutes with no one coming to the window I even pulled up to the window as I am on crutches and I thought that drive-thru would be a good experience for me but to my dismay there seems to be no one working and then I called and called and no one is answering but yeah all their lights on and they are customers in and out of the building I would not recommend this drive-thru to anyone
Regularly out of wheat bread. Randomly close the drive thru. No customer service. Today pulled up around 5pm and sat at the speaker for a couple minutes without being acknowledged. Tried calling the store with no answer. Pulled up to the window and sat there for a minute before someone saw me, and I was told that the drive-thru was closed. When I pulled out and left, I saw that the drive-thru sign was on and stating it was open.
My husband placed an online order to surprise me with lunch, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. When he arrived to pick up our order, he waited about 25 minutes before anyone even started making the subs. Because of the delay, I didn’t get lunch as planned. He later spoke with the manager, Chloe, who did remake the sandwiches and even included two cookies as compensation, which we appreciated.
