It was the best of times; it was the worst of times.... the two gentlemen working the make table were in zero hurry of any kind which was frustrating. In their defense though, the sandwiches were crammed with enough contents to make two normal Subway sandwiches. So, it might be worth the wait...
Food is okay . The employees have bad customer service
Worst customer service ever! Server 1504 at the Trail Lake location deserves to be fired immediately. She was cursing and slamming doors and food around. Will never return to this location. Wish I could give a negative rating
This location needs to do a better job of training the new employees. The lady working tonight 6/4/26 did not know how to ring up the 6 inch flatbread turkey and did not know how to ring up the sandwich and was trying to charge me 6.87 for the 6 inch sub of the day. I waited patiently while they took ten minutes for 2 customers in front of me to tell me it was that price because I ordered the flat bread. Disappointing. Wasted 15 minutes not to get my order.
