absolutely zero customer service skills, anytime i call to give them feedback on mistakes with my order, they just speak over me the entire time. im so tired of trying to have grace with an employee that cant even hear the customer out. how disrespectful and this is now how you demonstrate customer service WHATSOEVER. definitely have lost a customer.
Staff are very friendly and give generous helpings. My Mom can't have suger and the guy went in the back to check the suger content on the sauces for her.
Customer service needs to learn how to listen better
Went there on Tuesday, yesterday. One young girl always roll her eyes as if she doesn’t want anyone to come in. Saw her twice and still give the same attitude. Need more training.
