I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the terrible service provided by Amanda at Subway. She lacks basic professional etiquette and communication skills, and she does not know how to deal with customers. Her behavior was rude, unhelpful, and completely disrespectful. Customer satisfaction clearly means nothing to her, Subway needs to take strict action and train their staff on basic decency and customer handling. Absolutely worst customer service experience.
Dont go thru drive thru! You have to wait at 45 mins or longer to get your food, if you even get it within that timeframe. Don't use their coupons either, because no matter what you're still going to end up paying the regular price anyway at least that was my experience!
This used to be my favorite Subway but I just bought a sandwich and the girl made me a really skimpy sandwich. I got 4 small tomato slices on a footlong and the meat and other veggies were about half of what I normally get on a sandwich. I was very disappointed. Update:. I can accept that the food couldn't be heated, but the female server's service was extremely poor and completely impolite, like a barbarian.
Only subway in the nation that does not honor the sub of the day.. Greedy won't get my money the staff was nice though
